Rules: Only American cars, or American cars built elsewhere, or American-like cars, for example Canadian Pontiacs (obviously!), Brazilian Dodges, Holdens and others. Why Holden? Well, for one thing, it's the only hope for GM rear-wheel drives as of early 2002. Pre-WWII European cars and others of special interest are OK, too.
