1973 AMC Javelin (enlarge)
This car is currently being restored in Israel.

A '61 Volvo (!) (enlarge)
Not American - but we've been asked a question:
Hello, I like old irons too and I have some, unfortunately have not american ones... The PV's bodyshape looks like a '40 american car. Was the Volvo's PV project copied from an american iron? Do you know which one was the donor of the Volvo PV444-544? {If you do, please send an email here:
Pawlowszky Endre}

1939 or 1940 Mercury (enlarge)
We've been asked by Fernando Marques of Venezuela if we know of anybody with parts for this car. For more pictures of his car, and the email he sent us, click here.

63 1/2 Falcon  (enlarge)
Jerome says: "It's been restored and I kind of got carried away. I have had the
car since 1971. Drove it until it was ready to be put to rest.
Then my wife asked if I wanted to restore it. NOT QUITE ORIGINAL.
Now it only comes out on nice sunny weekends here in Uniontown, PA."

Rules: Only American cars, or American cars built elsewhere, or American-like cars, for example Canadian Pontiacs (obviously!), Brazilian Dodges, Holdens and others. Why Holden? Well, for one thing, it's the only hope for GM rear-wheel drives as of early 2002. Pre-WWII European cars and others of special interest are OK, too.
